Format and engagement

The rhythm of involvement adapts to your stakes: from a few days per month in advisory mode to a more sustained presence during launch or transformation phases. The engagement usually starts at 3 to 6 months, renewable based on results.

Billing can be per day or as a monthly retainer depending on scope. Deliverables include the AI roadmap, governance forums, use-case tracking and executive committee readouts.
