AI transformation advisory and enterprise strategy

Defining an AI strategy that holds up and gets delivered: identifying high-impact use cases, prioritization, governance, technology choices, and strategic sessions with executive committees. Strategy without execution is just a PowerPoint; execution without strategy is just a gadget.

Who this is for

Leaders of SMBs, mid-caps and large groups who need to decide where to commit resources on AI. Executive committees looking for a clear-eyed reading of the topic, business units flooded with tool proposals, organizations that multiply proofs of concept without ever measuring business impact.

What the engagement covers

I work alongside executive committees to define their AI strategy: maturity audit, identification of high-impact use cases, prioritization, governance and technology choices. My background as a former Digital General Director lets me speak the same language as decision-makers and translate technical possibilities into concrete business objectives rather than promises.

This engagement includes strategic sessions for executive committees and, when relevant, conference keynotes. The objective is constant: helping decision-makers understand the real stakes, prioritize the right bets and move past the hype toward measurable impact.

  • Organizational AI maturity audit
  • Identification and prioritization of high-ROI use cases
  • AI roadmap and governance
  • Technology choices and structuring trade-offs
  • Executive workshops and conference keynotes

Format and engagement

An advisory engagement typically runs from a few weeks to two or three months depending on the depth of the audit and the number of workshops. The format can be a quick diagnostic, a full strategy engagement, or occasional executive committee support.

Executive committee workshops typically last from half a day to a full day, with groups of 5 to 15 participants. Deliverables include the maturity diagnostic, the use-case map, the roadmap and recommended trade-offs. Pricing is tailored to scope and duration.

Why work with me

My profile sits at the intersection of two worlds that rarely talk to each other: C-suite legitimacy and technical execution. I spent more than 20 years in digital transformation: from director of special operations at AOL and RTL Group to Digital General Director of Groupe NRJ. I have been 100% dedicated to AI since late 2022. I know what an investment decision, a portfolio trade-off, or an executive committee alignment involves. But also how to develop complex AI architectures.

I specifically support SMBs in their AI adoption. I teach generative AI at INA Campus. I have been developing La-Radio.AI since 2023, a 100% automated web radio powered by AI, without daily human intervention. It is a laboratory, a 100% AI company prototype. Every new AI capability is tested there before being offered to my clients and students.

  • 4 years of experience in AI (automation, agent architecture, training)
  • 20+ years in digital transformation
  • Generative AI instructor at INA Campus
  • Creator of La-Radio.AI, a fully autonomous web radio
